Glyn Williams studied the bassoon at the Royal Academy of Music in London. His teachers over the years have included Gwydion Brooke, Ronald Waller and Michael Chapman. Glyn has freelanced in England with various orchestras including the London Symphony, BBC Symphony and the Philharmonia. He has been involved with many chamber ensembles including the Harlequin wind quintet, Volante trio and the Poulenc trio.
These days Glyn combines his bassoon playing with freelancing on the Baritone saxophone, tutoring several musical instruments as well as teaching the Alexander Technique and coaching Tai Chi classes.
